Hi there. My brother, who had been googling his surname of Dury, came across this and told me about it today. George Dury was my great grandfather (my maiden name was Dury). Elizabeth was his second wife. he had no children by her but had a number of children by his first wife. I have a photograph of George and Elizabeth taken, I should think, in Victoria Road, Southborough. There is a girl in the photo whom my aunt told me was the lodger as mentioned in the census. If I can work out how to post the photo on here, I will do so. |
