I am trying to find Mary Ann Sands born in limerick Ireland in 1832. She came to Australia in 1849 aboard the Pemberton Earl Grey Scheme departure was from Plymouth England Jan 29th.

btparkz Mary Ann Tebble (born Sands) was born in Limerick Ireland (1833). In (1849) she arrived in Australia on May 14 she was one of 305 Irish Famine orphan girls brought to Victoria under the Earl Grey Scheme. She arrived on board the PEMBERTON. Voyage took 113 days, departed Plymouth England on 29th January 1849 arrive Port Phillip Victoria Australia. On May 1st 1849 she was employed as domestic servant by John Mahan of Heidelberg for a period of 6 months wage per year 9 pounds, calculated on her age at 16 years in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She married Thomas Tebble in 1850 St James church of England Melbourne, Victoria Australia. Ship list states Roman Catholic. She died in 1879 in Seymour Victoria Australia.
