I am trying to find some information on my grandmother who seemed to appear in the u k from nowhere. I have her marriage & death cert but no record of birth. She is Elsie Turner nee Elsie Di palmer died 1956 aged 66 hence birth 1890. Her father on wedding cert is shown as Charles Dipalmer. The name is Italian so christia names could be Carlo or Elouise I would be grateful for any help |
