Is anyone able to locate a marriage reference for a John Tatt c1788 and a Rebecca c1796 (Hertfordshire). They had 8 children together Mary 1817, Sarah 1822, Lucy 1824, Henry 1826, Maria 1829, Rebecca 1831, Eliza 1834 and Richard 1837. All baptised Watford, Hertfordshire. Thank you in advance.....

I mean that it is possible that it is the correct marriage. It is a good working theory. According to the dates. And the possible facts that there may have been no other marriages in that area with the Name Joihn Tats (very similar to Tatts) and a Rebecca.....A little more research and time may reveal other coincidental information etc......
