Are you saying Ellen Caplice is Esthers mother or just throwing ideas out there?

I don't know where Esthers birth certificate is, but I can try to ask dad when he's back.

I asked something about my other side of the family and the amount of information was incredible and totally unexpected so I am going to post this and then head off to bed and see what tomorrow brings, if any. This is literally the hardest side of my family so I have no idea what anyone will know.

So, my grandmother was called Esther Ryan and she was born in Tipperary, Ireland in 1935 and died 1999 in Dorset, England. I have no clue about her parents, in fact I don't think I've ever heard anyone speak of them at all.

All I know is Esther had lots of siblings - There was Norrie or Nora, Peggy, Ritchie or Richard, Andrew or Andy, Paddy or Patrick, Breda, Agnes and Rose. That is all we know of at the moment but there were lots more.

I'll try and catch up with Aunt Norrie ASAP but all I know is they left Ireland in the early 40s to move to Dorset. Then from there different people went all to different places so I don't really know. much more. Peggy, Norrie, Esther and Andrew stayed in Dorset but not sure about the others.

I doubt this is helpful but one of them married someone called Nancy. Nancy and her husband lost their child in a car accident. Peggy and Nora were known as Marler when they married - I believe they married brothers. Esther became a Carter when she married Graham Carter and they had two sons and a daughter.

Not sure what else I can think of, however I've literally got my grandmother, aunt norrie, peggy and that's about it and can't add Nor and Peggy until I've got parents on there. Know nothing more other than Norrie never had children and married Fred Marler.

If anyone knows anything or can point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate that.

Thank you so much, you've all been so helpful to me today and I hit a brick wall earlier today and with your help, I've literally found 100 people today. Wasn't sure if any of my information was correct and then you all came along and saved me! :)
