They are def up to date as I looked ,just for curiosity , for my hubbies will that I did the probate for in jan 2016 and its there . I don't need it as I kept a copy anyway . |

The probate service hold details for Grant & Wills from 1996 to present (there is a search facility for earlier records 1858-1996) |

It just said copies of the grant are not valid unless they bear the impressed seal of the court |

You can order a copy of the will cost £10 it will be made available online for a set amount of time( can't remember but think it was for 10 days ) so copy / print a copy off |
