Find Ancestors

re Sarah Carter.....now I am really puzzled. I have just looked at the death certificates for John and Sarah Dell, the parents of the Sarah I am looking for. Sarah Died 1844 and John 1846 and in both instances the informant was Sarah Carter, pesent at death.
but the missing Sarah married widower George Roberson in 1848.
there is obviously a Carter connection. I need to find out what was happening!
Sarah was 18 when her daughter was born, and 20 when she married George Roberson, surely she cant have been married previously,

Were there any addresses on the death certificates for Sarah & John-Were they still at Bell Yard? Was no relationship or address given for Sarah Carter?
