It looks as though they had 6 children - would one of them not know? |

This is from 1939 census and shows her date of birth which might be useful in your search? (although I have found them sometimes not to be correct !) |

Is there a parental family plot or a child buried elsewhere? One of ours lived her later years and died in Berkshire. Her body was returned to Kent for burial. |

Hi everyone thanks for your help I don't have her death certificate I have tried all the known cemeteries and crematoriums that the Manchester council supplied me also tried crowton where her parents and a sister are buried she actually died at home 122 Church lane from there it is a mystery all her family members have passed away I am the oldest member of the family left. My Aunty Jean Laurie Lawrie recently died and her wish was to have her ashes scattered with her mother that is why I have intentions to return to the UK to comply with her wishes. |

Have you tried looking for an obituary for her in a local paper, that would usually state where the funeral was to be held. |

Try the main library for Manchester, or the Local Archives and Study Centre to start with to see if they have any newspapers on file that might contain an obituary for her ........ |
