Recently found letter from Col. Secretary in Aus regarding 5 SCOTT children (Margaret, Jane Ann, Eliza, Henry, Robert) indicates they were born in Cooneen Townland, Co. Fermanagh, Ireland. They emigrated with parents Robert & Janette/a SCOTT via 'Manlius' in 1842 to Port Phillip, Australia. Parents died of plague on board ship. |

Valerie- It appears there is a Scotts family from Durham also aboard (John and his (deceased) wife, and children, Anthony, Robert & Mary- they are not part of the same Scott family. |
