I have a marriage certificate for 1947 Cheshire where the occupation of the man is a Handicraft organizer and his wife a Handicraft Instructor, any suggestions as to what this may have involved ? Thanks Pam

Sounds like work in a school or hospital - maybe occupational therapy or similar.
