Do you have the marriage certificate for your parents? Or any information on possible siblings of your mother (I'm assuming you have some info on a Napier Aunt or Uncle as you were asking about your cousin?)

Many thanks for your reply. I joined with the hope that I could find the birth place of my mother. It appears that I cannot find any info after 1921 for Nothern Ireland records.
