I can't see her either at the moment. Could you post details of who you think she might be in a later census to help the search? Does 2x greatgrandmother's marriage cert help with a father?? Edit -Sorry you mention no marriage record |

I have tried to find information about Clara Thomlinson, born in Hull, Yorkshire in 1850. It is a possibility that she was my 2x great grandmother. In the 1871 census record, Clara was listed as a boarder, living at 12 Cottage Row, off English Street, in the Myton registration district of Hull. Clara was a dressmaker, aged 21, according to the census record and was single. She was apparently unrelated to the home owner, who was Matilda Chilvers, a married woman, |
