This looks to be the marriage of the 1911 couple

It sounds as though the birth certificate is the "short'" version, perhaps the lady you're helping could send for the full certificate

Could someone please help me try and find a marriage for the parents of this child
Surname First name(s) District Vol Page Births Mar 1905 (>99%) Coleman Michael Alfred Paddington 1a 57
From the GRO mmn is Clancey
The lady I am trying to help has a photograph (not a very clear one) of the birth certificate which does not include parents names. I couldn't make out the date of birth but can confirm his name,1905 and Paddington.
I believe that on Michael's marriage certificate (I don't know what year he married or to whom) his father was named as William Ernest.
On searching the 1911 census, this is the only Michael I can find whose age and area fits the above birth.
1911 England, Wales & Scotland Census Transcription 85 Cirencester Street Paddington W, Paddington, London, England
Michael Henry Coleman Head Married Male House Painter 32 1879 St Georges Paris (on the image it's Parish) Ancesta Coleman Wife Married Female - 31 1880 London Michael Coleman Son - Male - 6 1905 London
Unfortunately father's name is different. Mum's name transcribed as Ancesta on FMP and Anusta on Ancestry, I think the 'u' on Ancestry transcription looks more like the n on Coleman.
I am struggling to find a marriage and was hoping I might find a baptism with them living in London but no luck there either. It states married 7 years on the 1911 census.
I then wondered if the father in the 1911 census has died young and mum re-married meaning the name on the sons marriage certificate was step dads first names. I found this which I thought was a good possibility due to his age and it being the right area
Surname First name(s) Age District Vol Page Deaths Sep 1915 (>99%) Coleman Michael H 36 Paddington 1a 52
but I cannot find a re-marriage as I cannot make out what her actual first name is. Her place of birth is given as London but there's a question mark around whether one or both of young Michael's parents came from Ireland.
As well as Michael Alfred Coleman having mother's maiden name Clancey there are two other births George Edward who was registered Dec quarter 1908 - looks like his death was registered Mar quarter 1910. This ties in with the family I found in the 1911 census.. They'd had 2 children 1 still living 1 had died. Another son, also named George Edward was registered in Sept quarter 1911 and I'm sure the lady mentioned a brother George.
Hoping someone can help.
