Hello Pen I'm trying to trace the mother of a relative.All I have is her name and approx d.o.b and area where he was born.So far I have found who I think is her on 1881 Census : Eliza Tyler b1857 Chipping Norton Visitor with the Ryman family in Aston Warwickshire. ELIZABETH Tyler b 1858 Chipping Norton Oxfordshire on 1871 Census. She gave birth to Frederick Garnet[t] Tyler 1880 in Chipping Norton.He is listed on BMD as Frederick Carnie TYLOR and was listed on 1881 Census as living with Charles Harris at the Horse and Groom Chipping Norton [I an uncertain as to why, only that it appears she was unmarried] On 1891 Census he was in the workhouse.1901 I cannot trace him but he died in 1952. I would be grateful for any info, especially on Eliza[beth] to help piece it together. Thank you so much Sharon.
