Yes, I agree Roy, but what are members supposed to do when they contact GR & recieve a standard response which may or may not deal with their problem. Or worse, be told that it´s their PC/operating system/browser that´s causing their problems. |

Wisechild, Yes it does matter whether the tree works or not as the case may be but that is even more reason to use the facility provided to report/give feedback, |
