The one found in 1911 would be the one born in Penrith district as Penrith covers Castle Sowerby. |

Although they married in Manchester the isn't a William J. Biggar birth there, so although the name is unusual it's impossible to sort this out without the cert. |

thanks flick, any info is a bonus, not got marriage cert yet was seeing if anyone had other methods of finding info who were more experienced at this than me. |
