I'm hoping someone could help me find out who lived at an address from about 1861, 1871,1881,1891, 1901 and 1911. I've just paid on here to look this information up and it is asking for a surname. As I don't know the people who lived in the house I can't do the search. I am interested in knowing who lived at the house on behalf of a friend of mine who is living in it now. |

Thank you Vera and Ann. The place they are living at was a shop and bakery. There was a stable next door. Friends daughter is saying it wasn't a farm but there was a farm nearby it. Will try Cheshire Family History society but will wait just in case of other replies on here. |

Aha. Looking at google maps I could see that the *street* split into a Y. Perhaps it is the part of the street alongside the canal that is the "canal side" of Broken Cross Place. |
