Thjat is really interesting Amanda I never would have thought of having a pool like yours .I had one once needed
inflating but only the children used it me being rather chubby in those days on the hormone pill did not do much and looked like a plump pudding. I went to Alton Towers with my son and he likes the real scary rides. i got stuck by the tum in the turn style . .I think its changed now and I would not have a problem.anyway lost a lot of weight since then. I got out the turn style but chickened out on the ride
and went out again .

I think I may stop eating animals .I went to the warehouse today with my husband to buy some beers and stuff and when we came out there was a huge truck like thing stuck across the road and it was full of sheep all ba ba etc coming from it and it was crammed full to capacity the poor things could not move and
it looked so hot and horrible. Some of the sheeps tails were hanging out the lorry and a man was hitting them and laughing. i lost my wrag. I had to get out to guide my husband round the truck and I said to this guy do you have to hit them like that. He said well Mrs they are going to the knackers yard so it does not
matter does it. i said even so you could be a bit more humane and he said really sarcastic like do you want a few for pork chops or perhaps you do not buy them out of the super market. My husband got out
the car and said dont push your luck mate just move this truck so I can get by to work. He made a rude gesture and got in his cab.

We had a pub meal on the way home today and I rarely have it but just fancied fish and chips! Well the fish was awful so I left it. I was expecting Haddock, but when they queried me leaving it I was told it was Pangasi. It just said fish on the menu. Googled it since and it is a Vietnamese catfish from the Mekong Delta!! Yuk, yuk I hate it even more now. The moral of the tale is, if the menu says just fish, ask what it is before you order. lol

That's awful Sheila. You can respect and treat animals well right to the end of their lives can't you, even if they are to become our food.

oh sorry not been on that yet so sorry Ann will look in a minute I love this now seing everybody I am like a child with a new toy. The fish sounds nice Pangasi but would not like Vietnamese catfish from the Mekong Delta whats happened to Cod or Haddock .I think I will ask from now on
I was in town not long ago and went into a small cafe and asked for a fish burger not having a lot of money with me.I got it and chewed and chewed this burger and the stuff inside fell out and it was like fish cake inside and tasted
awful. Then I asked for a cup of tea and they gave me a strawberry milk shake. It was for the next table. I went out the door and just glanced up to see what it was called this cafe and it was luckies .

You won't be going there again Sheila !!!!!
I would have reported the thing with those men and the sheep.I think you all know how I feel when it comes to animal cruelty.
My Sister has been missing one of her cats for 2 days.She is off on a cruise on saturday ,and is worried sick about poor Thomas.He is 14.She is also worried about the cruise as she and her OH are going with her In Laws .Mother in Law is a right pain in the ar** and father in law is 94!!!!!

Ralph was admitted at 3pm this afternoon. Phoned him many times as has my other brother William Dennis.

They're doing it tomorrow.

Jane , perhaps her cat has got shut in someones shed like my next door neighbours cat got shut in mine !

I hope all goes well for Ralph tomorrow David .

We will all be rooting for Ralph tomorrow David.I hope it all goes well.I'm sure you will let us know.I know he doesn't know us but please let him know we are thinking about him.

It's raining here...........dull and dreary and I have a washing machine full of the caravan sheets to get dry!!!

I too had a muffin the mule puppet made of metal which the paint cipped off. I loved him.Here comes Muffin, Muffin the mule.........

Lovely and sunny here today ,Toby's laying out in the sunshine , he seems more with it today ,but his wind is terrible ,i suppose its the anesthetic ,it smells just like gas !!!
The tablets he has to take are huge about an inch across ,i wrapped some ham round one ,but he soon spit that out ,so crushed it up which took some doing because they are so hard ,and put it in some greek yogurt ,which he lapped up .

I hope all goes well for Ralph today.

Jane I lived at No. 34 2nd. house on the left from gotch road. No more rain here, but very overcast and windy. (The weathe,r not me, or Toby)
Still have this "B" cough. It seems worst in the evening when I am sitting down watching TV. Ros said I had a terrible night. I kicked her, punched her, cleared the bedside cabinet of the radio, my glass's and pills. I don't know who I was fighting, but I think I WON.!!!! Still feel tired this morning..
